Brierfield Bridge Club Passes Covid Safety Audit |
The Club was selected in March for a 'spot check' by the Health and Safety Executive who are acting on a government initiative to help prevent the spread of Covid.
The audit checks that the club has a detailed knowledge of transmission and contamination risks. It also checks that we have completed a written risk assessment, and a methodology statement covering the practical measures we have taken.
Details of social distancing, cleaning and ventilation were discussed and they were particularly impressed by our ventilation system which exchanges air up to 10 times per hour.
We are pleased to report that measures taken at the club were deemed excellent.
