If you have a dealing machine, you can deal the hands in advance., the PBN file can be loaded on BridgePals, so that the players can view them if they wish. Also this enables entry validation, ensuring that any misboarding is detected.

Make sure that the PBN file is not be located on OneDrive (BridgePal Server won't be able to find it). Also, if you are going to enter / record hands it should not be located in the top level C:/ directory (because it's not writable by BridgePal).
