The course assumes no prior knowledge of the game and by the end of the course you will understand the strategy of the game, be competent with the most commonly encountered bids using the Acol system and know the basic techniques required in playing the cards.
As well as learning a new and absorbing hobby, the course is fun and a great way to meet new people and make friends.
The course fee includes notes on each lesson and coffee/tea and biscuits.

| Bridge for Beginners - The Next Step |
11 lessons - £170
Bridging the gap between beginners and intermediate levels, the Acol system for one-level opening hands and overcalls will be thoroughly revised. Other lessons will cover Stayman and weak take-out responses to 1NT; Bidding two-suited hands; Opening light and the rule of 20; Trump management. This is also an ideal course for people returning to the game.
The course fee includes notes on each lesson and tea/coffee and biscuits
