WE HAVE MOVED!
As you read this, we will have just moved to the newly-refurbished and most welcoming Englefield Village Hall, again in beautiful Berkshire.
Bradfield Bridge is a small friendly group that plays Duplicate Bridge, and has been up and running for around 16 years. The group was started by a much respected local bridge teacher eager to familiarize his fledgling pupils with club play, and although he has since stepped back from the role, he still maintains a keen interest. Play was held at Bradfield Village Hall (hence the name of the group) since the group's inception, but we have now decided to relocate and from 13th February 2024 we will be at Englefield.
We have around 28 regular players but numbers fluctuate according to circumstances. We meet every Tuesday morning, playing from 10am until 1pm, and ask attendees to arrive by 9.50am and be seated so we can set up the boards and start promptly.
For £3pp we also provide refreshments, i.e. tea, coffee, biscuits, etc.
There is plenty of parking nearby, either in the carpark or roadside, and a shop and garden centre in the village.
The location is: Englefield Village Hall, The Street, Englefield, Reading RG7 5ES.
