 Our annual Congress was held during 8-9 September. There were 11 tables in the Pairs and 10 tables in the Teams. On Saturday the Championship Pairs was won by Bernard & Rhona Goldenfield, with second place to Daniel Kelsall & Wei Che Tham. On Sunday the Swiss Teams was won by (see photo l to r) Nick Sutcliffe, Jeremy Stanforth, Bob Loveridge & Mike Tomlinson. Full details can be found on the Results page.

The annual Bolton Congress took place on the weekend of 31Aug/1Sep 2019. There were 23 players in the pairs and 9 teams. Pairs winners were Rodney Lighton/John Currie, with David Bowers/Dave Briggs second and Paul Evans/Alan Whittam third. The 75th anniversary Bolton Congress Pairs was held on BBO today (Sat Sept 4th 2021). Congratulations to the winners Jeremy Dhondy & Andrew Petrie.
