We are all saddened to hear that David Wilkinson passed away this morning 13th October 2024, after a long illness. David was a long standing member of the club who served on the committee over many years in a number of roles. He also began a Bridge teaching group with the Wear Valley U3A which introduced many people to our game and which is still meeting and enjoying social bridge on Friday mornings. Our thoughts go out to Christine, his family and friends. David will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
