TREASURER’S REPORT for 2016 to the AGM 2nd March 2017

Last year we spent £317 more than we received (£136 overspent in 2015).

Receipts were up by £429 but expenditure was up by £611 over 2015

The Anniversary dinner was subsidised by £242 and the Christmas party by £103.

At year – end we had £1,486 in our bank accounts (£1,803 a year previously) but I do not recommend a change in either membership fees nor table money.

We have 40 members paid up to February 16th with 6 more very likely to re-join. (2015: 46, 2014: 51).
