Welcome and thank you for visiting the website of Bishop Auckland Bridge Club.
The Club is registered with the English Bridge Union and meets weekly for duplicate bridge on Thursdays at 6.55 pm.

The club now meets outside of the town in the village of Kirk Merrington and all club nights and home matches in the Inter Club Teams League are played at

Visiting pairs are always welcome and partners can often be found for single players.
If you require a partner, please contact the Secretary Malcolm Dawson via the link under Club Information - Committee.
Parking is available within the Community Centre grounds or on the roadside outside.
Tea, coffee at 50p, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are available at the Community Centre (price list displayed) with payment via an Honesty Box.

Following the sad passing of John Little earlier this year, long standing member Brian Myers was asked to become Club President.
His appointment was announced at the Annual Prize Giving, where as winner of four of the five trophies he was presented with them by the Chair Allan Blackett.

 Brian Myers and Audrey Bainbridge - winners of: The Latner Trophy, The Anniversary Trophy and the Carpenter Cup. Brian also won the Master Points Trophy
Other Prize winners were John Portwood & Alison Young: Walker Rose Bowl and David Blackett; Godfrey Award.
