♥ 2024 BRIDGE SEASON ♥

The Birchwood Bridge Club offers a Thursday afternoon game at 1:45.  The BBC season typically runs from late May until early October.

Reservations are required and can be made at birchwoodbridgeclub@aol.com.  Every attempt will be made to match up people looking for a partner.  Guests are welcome on a limited basis.

 An entry fee of $10 per person will automatically be charged to your club account.

Duplicate Bridge is Serious FUN.  

All participants are expected to PLAY NICE in accordance with the ACBL's Zero Tolerance policy.  For more information on Zero Tolerance see a separate tab on this website.

All Birchwood bridge players are invited

and encouraged to participate.

 If you play bridge but are unfamiliar with Duplicate we would be happy to introduce you to the bidding boxes, duplicate boards, and scoring machines that are unique to Duplicate prior to your first game.   The main differences between "casual/social/rubber" bridge and Duplicate are scoring strategies and the equipment used at the table.  You will quickly become comfortable with both.  We think you will be happy you chose to try Duplicate Bridge.
