Welcome to Berkhamsted Bowls Bridge Club
Coronavirus - Update

We are open for business! - and look forward to seeing everyone again but please do not come to the Club if you are feeling unwell or have COVID symptons. 

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available on a self-service basis but for health and hygiene reasons we request that going forward you bring your own drinking vessel and take it home at the end of the morning.

We start play at 09:30 but please be seated by 09:20 to allow the Director to get the right number of boards per table sorted and for any announcements.

The Club

Berkhamsted Bowls Bridge Club (BBBC) is a members club, but visiting pairs are welcome if vacant tables exist. Please arrive by 9:20 at the latest as we start promptly at 9.30 after any announcements.


Bridge at BBBC is of a good standard and is played in a friendly atmosphere; it is not for beginners.

BBBC is not affiliated to the EBU.

Refreshments are provided on a "help yourself" basis from the kitchen to enhance the morning's enjoyment.

Partner Required?

To use the find a partner feature click on the "Find a Partner" main menu item to the left. If a member has made a request their name and contact details will be shown. If you want to advertise yourself click on the "Login" option displayed, enter your email address and password. You will then be presented with a list of dates. Click on the PR (Partner Required) box to the right of the date for which you require a bridge partner. Click on the "Confirm" button to submit your Find a Partner request. "Partner?" will be displayed under the relevant event to the right here on the Home Page. Remember to logoff.

If you find a partner please be courteous and delete your request. To delete an entered request simply login again and ensure that there is NO tick on the PR (Partner Request) box to the right of the date and then click on the Confirm button to the bottom right of the screen - where it says "Tick as necessary (untick to remove previous request) and click Confirm".

Best Behaviour

All Members are requested to read through and adhere to the EBU published "Best Behaviour" document that can be found under the Information tab to the left.
