The Club Team Championships are returning after a two-year Covid-induced hiatus. This year we will be running two events, a Monday and a Friday Team Championship, each running over two weeks. Monthly Nosh & Natter

All members are invited to come along for a social dinner at the Kangaroo Flat Sports Club on Thursday, 22 September at 6pm. This is an informal social event, a chance for members (and their spouses / partners) to have a friendly natter about... anything really, over some good pub food and drink. Given sufficient interest, this will be a regular social event.

Need more details? Contact Graeme Hegarty on 0428 380 180.

Membership Fees ($30)

Your club membership fees for 2022/23 may now be paid. Click here to find out how to pay: Options for paying Annual Membership fee.

WebAdmin Operational Notes
Notes for accessing and operating delegated WebAdmin functions

Some members have delegated responsibilities with the Bendigo Bridge Club that requires them to perform actions or communicate with members on specific issues.

The website allows the website adminstrator to delegate functions to specific members that can assist them to perform their responsibility through the website.  These delegated functions are available by using a member's personal password and are accessed through an additional tab in the [Members Only] area.  That tab is called [WebAdmin] and is only visible if you have been granted a [WebAdmin] role.

The image above shows all possible delegated [WebAdmin] functions.  Your [WebAdmin] list of functions will be a subset of those displayed.

Most of these functions are sufficiently described in the BridgeWebs User Guide.  There are entire sections for [Menu], [Calendar], [Pictures], [Documents] and [Membership] in the guide. [News] is described in multiple locations in the guide with most [News] items comprising combinations of text, pictures, documents and web linkages.

The instructions below provide extra clarity where the guide is insufficiently detailed.

Instructions for using:

  • Email Members for bulk formatted email to members or a subset of members
  • Find a Partner for managing [Bookings] and [Partner Requests] against events

If you have a need to use these delegated responsibilities on behalf of the Bendigo Bridge Club you should discuss this with your subcommittee/group.  Approval by the club's Management Committee is required.
