Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required and the values in them must match the values in your BridgeWebs account.
You may vote for up to three people to fill the vacant Board of Directors positions. You may submit fewer than three votes.
You may not vote for any candidate more than once. You may vote for write-in candidates, as long as the total number of votes on the ballot is not more than three.
Ballots submitted with more than three votes will be disregarded.
If the Voter PIN does not match the value in your account (format: 000-0000), the ballot will be disregarded. Please refer to these Voting Instructions on how to obtain your voter PIN.
