We are phasing out the acceptance of cheques as payment of table money at Berks & Bucks events. At county events, table money will be cash only - cheques will not be accepted. Cheques will continue to be accepted at the Green Point events.
The county has set up a new e-group facility that ensures you receive occasional reminders of events and county information via email. You will receive this information automatically if your email is registered in “My Details” within your EBU Members’ area. You can change your email address or unsubscribe by following the simple instructions at the bottom of an email.
If you have not registered your email with the EBU but would still like to be added to the B&BCBA list, please email the B&BCBA Membership Secretary - Dave Green: email@example.com

Bridge Scorer for League of Eight Matches
There is a scoring program for League of Eight matches that links to Bridgemates and automatically scores the match, produces the Butler analysis and uploads the match results onto club websites. It also has the added benefit of being able to produce Cross-Imps scoring for those captains who prefer it over Butlers.
The program is called “Bridge Scorer” and is made available to all B&B clubs free of charge for the clubs. Please contact the League Secretary for information on how to access and use it.
The committee hope that clubs use the program this coming season in their League of Eight matches.
However, the use of Bridge Scorer is optional as it is appreciated that some clubs do not have a computer to run the program and/or do not use Bridgemates. It will be acceptable for clubs to continue to use the paper travellers system and produce Butlers by whichever method they currently use if they so wish.
