Please use the form below to submit your entry for this event. List both of the intended Players in the "Players" box in the format: John Smith, David Brown
The "Special Requirements" box is to be used a) to request special requirements (disabled requirements, stationary table etc.), or b) to notify subsequent changes to a previous entry (changed players, withdrawn entries, etc.).
On clicking the "Submit Entry" button, an email will be sent to the competitions organiser and an acknowledgement copy will be sent to you.
