BERKS AND BUCKS CBA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING WILL BE HELD ON THE 5TH OCTOBER 2025

The 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Berks & Bucks Contract Bridge Association will be after the Berks vs. Bucks match at New Windsor Community Association on Sunday 5 October 2025, beginning at about 5.15pm. All members are welcome to attend even if not playing in the Berks vs. Bucks match. Documents will be posted on the website beforehand. Absentee or proxy voting is possible on application to the Secretary.

Members' proposals for inclusion in the agenda, with named proposer and seconder, should be sent to the Secretary by Sunday 14 September 2025.

The existing committee members and EBU shareholders will step down during the AGM but most of them will offer themselves for re-election at the AGM. In addition to those nominated in the draft agenda, there are vacancies for up to four more committee members. Members' nominations for officers, committee members and EBU shareholders should be sent to the Secretary by Sunday 14 September 2025, including the nominated person's approval, and their named proposer and seconder.
