VOTING FORM FOR THE CLUB REFURBISHMENT PROJECT

For a while the club has been looking for either alternative premises or the opportunity to develop the existing club with much improved facilities (an outline of these plans are posted on the wall in the second bridge room). In summary, the project involves enlarging the bridge room to accommodate 16 tables, moving the existing toilets to the chess room and a refurbishment of the kitchen to allow the preparation of food. It was felt a move to alternative premises could put the substantial equity investment the club has in Maydene at risk. Developing the building presents no such risk.  You will have received an email with further details about this.

The club would like your views on whether you support the Committee with its proposal to refurbish the existing building
