From 1st March 2023 the Club is moving away from using the shop, to pay for online sessions and the need to pay at the club for F2F sessions.  Payments for sessions will be via the Club Website on a monthly basis.  All members, online visitors and students will have their own personal Player Account.  When you play in a session and the results are uploaded, your account will automatically be debited.  You will initially be asked to credit your account with a bank transfer payment of £20 in advance of paying.  Then at the end of each month you will be sent an email asking to top up your account back to the initial amount (if necessary).  You will only pay for sessions in which you actually play.

To view the balance at any time on your Member's Account

Login in to the Member's Area and select the 'Payment A/C tab".  

How to Pay

Bank Transfer (preferred)

     Reference:  Your name

Pay by cheque (non-preferred)

Bring or post a cheque to the club.

Regular payments for another

If a couple (such as husband and wife) would like to only have one person pay for both, to save having two accounts, then please let Heather know and she will set this up for you.

Membership Fee

This will be debited to your account at the renewal date of 1st October.
