The event is limited to 16 tables.

Provisional Timetable:

19.00 - 20.00 - Arrival with pre-recorded music from the band.   Buffet and drinks 
20:00- 22.30 - Bridge and prizes

As last year we are asking people to bring your OWN DRINKS to consume/drink during the evening.  We found that not every one wants the red/white wine that we would normally have so this means you can bring what you would like to drink.  However, the club will source all the buffet food (at a cost of £7 per head, charged to your account) and provide mulled wine on arrival.
