The issue of supporting students from lessons into clubs and also providing learning opportunities for members is one shared by many bridge clubs and has even been the topic of discussion in recent EBED (EBU's education department) seminars. There has been excellent support for Tricks of the Trade online, indicating an appetite for this and as such, the club has decided to reinstate Face to Face Supervised play which proved very popular pre-Covid.  This will take place on Saturday mornings from 9.30am to 12.30pm with table supervision.  There is no requirement to have a partner.

The goal will be to develop more confidence in the bidding and play for those recent to the game or those with some limited experience who would like some revision of the principles of bidding and play.
