CHRISTMAS AND THE NEW YEAR
The Christmas Party was a great success with challenging hands especially after a glass of wine! Thank you for your support and contributions for the raffle and we are sending a cheque for £300 to the Chichester Boys' Club.
Our last bridge session this year will be on Tuesday 16th December and we start again on Tuesday 6th January 2026.
With best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy 2026.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Welcome to the Bailey Bridge Club.
We are a small duplicate Bridge Club in Chichester, West Sussex, playing in the spacious and attractive new hall at St Pauls Church, Chichester
There are two bridge clubs in Chichester; we are the smaller, less competitive one!
If you are new to Chichester, or looking for a small bridge club to play duplicate bridge, please come and join us.
We meet each Tuesday evening at St Paul's Church Hall on the Northgate roundabout, PO19 6FT. Please arrive by 6.45pm as we aim to start at 6.50pm so that we can complete by 10pm. We usually have between 8 and 9 tables. It is well suited to newer players or those who prefer a less competitive atmosphere. We are EBU affiliated. Ample parking in front and by the side of the hall, easy access and kitchen facilities.
We charge £15 a year for membership, which includes some social activity, and £3.00 a head as table money when you play. Visitors are welcome but pay £4 a head as table money.

Information
For your convenience the club accepts all payments by credit or debit card, using a contactless terminal
Scoring is done using a mobile phone and BriAn bridge software. Use of this is optional and we can help set it up for you if you wish to make use of it. Results are posted on our website and the EBU.
If you are a new player and would like to receive newsletters or a diary from the EBU we can set that up for you.
Would you like to play bridge but are without a partner? Do join us as we now have a standby so you will always be able to play. Or do call Judy Mellor on 01243 278261.
