DupliCake at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Parish Room,
Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BF from Wednesday 17th April onwards.
We are delighted to announce that we have new premises to host DupliCake in a venue that will be well known to many of our members – Maria and Rama were married there!
From Wednesday, 17th April, DupliCake will take place at The Sacred Heart Catholic Church Parish Room, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BF starting as normal at 1.30 pm.
Sacred Heart is 100 yards from the Hove Town Hall bus stop and going north, the Parish Room is accessible from Norton Road before the church itself, walking down five steps. Step-free access is also available through the car park at the back of the church via Hova Villas and down a ramp.
And there will be cake! We look forward to seeing you at Sacred Heart.

| Garden Cities Sussex Qualifier |
Congratulations to the Avenue Team who once again qualified from the county heat of the Garden Cities trophy.
The team of Stephen Kennedy & Peter Clinch Andy Ryder & Mike Allen Dave Dickson & Matt Read Gunnar Hallberg & Sandy Clark won all their matches and finished 19 VP's ahead of their nearest rivals.
I am sure you would like to join me in wishing them every in the next round.

| Summer Term Lessons 2024 - click here for details |

Ongoing Classes for the Summer term begin week commencing 1st April.
Lessons are held at St Andrews Church Hall Church Road, Hove BN3 2AD
New Beginners Classes start a couple of weeks later. Free taster sessions: Monday evening 15th April and Thursday lunchtime 18th April. Please encourage friends, family, neighbours to give it a go if they express interest.

| CLUB MOVE |
Brighton and Hove Social Club, 16 Lewes Road, BN2 3HP

As of Monday 9th October we are going to Brighton and Hove Social Club which is on the Lewes Road at the bottom of Elm Grove. Some of you will know the building as the old Labour Club.It is large inside, old fashioned but clean, two bars, lift and we would be in the function room on the first floor.
Parking is pay and display or residents’ permit and has to be searched for in the side streets. Trinity Street is the first road left off Lewes Road after the BHSC. There is also pay and display at The Levels which is a couple of minutes walk along Lewes Road.
There are lots of buses along Lewes Road and the Elm Grove bus stop going out of town is outside the BHSC door. Estimated journey time from Tesco in Church Road is 30 minutes.

Once you have confirmed your request, an entry will appear against the calendar entry for that event with a question mark against it.
Looking at it the other way round, you can of course check to see who else is looking for a game by clicking on the question mark if there is one on the calendar entry.
