John and I took several phone calls on January 3rd from people who were unable to make bridge because of the flu like bug that is going about. We were forced to cancel yesterday evening's bridge because of the few people who were left standing.
1. We hope you all recover quickly
2. If numbers permit we aim to run bridge as normal next week.
3. Maybe you could let us know next Tuesday if you are still unwell.
4. The Christmas elves discovered the dealing machine in John's loft and repaired it. We will therefor have pre-dealt hands next week.
