ONLY CLUB MEMBERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY TROPHY

PHIZACKERLEY CUP

This competition will normally be played over a period of 11 or 12 sessions. The trophy will be awarded to the pair with the highest average score.

A minimum of 6 sessions must be played to qualify.

BOB CUTHBERT TROPHY

This competition will normally be played over a period of 11 or 12 sessions. The trophy will be awarded to the pair with the highest average score.

A minimum of 6 sessions must be played to qualify.

LORRAINE CUP

This competition will normally be played over a period of 11 or 12 sessions. The trophy will be awarded to the pair with the highest average score.

A minimum of 6 sessions must be played to qualify.

HANDICAP SHIELD

This competition will be run concurrently with the Lorraine Cup. A minimum of 6 sessions in the Lorraine Cup must be played to qualify for the Handicap Shield.

The handicap will be calculated on a rolling basis, using the 12 months previous scores. Pairs below 50% will be given a plus handicap and pairs above 50% a minus handicap. 

THE IAN BUGG PLATE

This is a team competition. The team achieving the highest score in a single teams event from May to April will win the trophy.

In the event that two or more teams achieve the same number of IMPS, the winner of the trophy will be determined by reference to the number of matches won in the particular event. If this also results in a tie,then the trophy will be shared by the teams qualifying.  

This excludes the Alpha Plate Team Competition.

THE ALPHA PLATE

This is a team competition, played on the last Friday in January.

The team with the highest score will win the trophy.
