Tuesdays please arrive by 7:00pm, starting at the latest 7:15pm
Thursdays please arrive by 1:30pm, starting at the latest 1:45pm

If you and your partner are booked in for a session but you need to cancel at short notice, please can you phone us 07792 024643 so that we don't hold up the session start
