To all bridge players playing on the CBAI BBO Aces at the Wishing Well Bridge Club platform

The CBAI requires that all players on their BBO platform read the "Ethical play on BBO" document on the menu to the left of this message. Because of the unfortunate prevalence of cheating during online play, anyone who wishes to participate in our BBO games must read this document and follow the directions given. These directions include confirming to me that you have read the document and ensuring that your real name appears in your BBO profile. Instructions for how to add your real name on BBO are given in the "Add your real name - BBO profile" document in the menu. Whilst there is no suggestion whatever that anyone in our club is playing unethically it is an unfortunate fact that there are people who communicate with their partners during play or otherwise behave dishonestly when playing online. Thank you for dropping by to Aces at the Wishing Well.

During these challenging times we are unable to play live bridge but are continuing to play online using the CBAI BBO platform, along with the newly launched REALBRIDGE platform. 

Aces at the Wishing Well BC currently hosts 2 online games each week and affiliated members of the club and friends are welcome to play in both. 

The standard here is mainly Novice and  Intermediate players. 

Although most of us would prefer a "live" game, BBO and REALBRIDGE are  definitely 'lifesavers' and we are very appreciative of the work the CBAI has put into providing us with the options for keeping up our games The CBAI has been in discussions with Government departments on the protocols required to get us back to playing safely at the tables and with the vaccines rolling out now, we will hopefully have news of progress later in the season.
