Apologies from Bill Gardner for not being able to attend the meeting due to prior commitments. Also, thanks to Elizabeth Bembridge for her help and support during this ‘start up’ period of the club. The remaining eight Committee members participated in this meeting.

Special General Meeting: - Ace Bridge Club Constitution.
|
The Committee thanked Graeme Akhurst for developing the Clubs Constitution. The Constitution was based on the ‘EBU’ model but modified to take into consideration the specific needs and requirements of Ace Bridge Club.
The eight Committee and an additional two club members present unanimously agreed to adopt the Constitution with immediate effect.
