STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The purpose of this association is to preserve, promote and stimulate interest in the game of duplicate bridge; to promote the growth of bridge by providing opportunities to learn and play bridge; to aid and cooperate with the activities of Unit 221; to abide by and cooperate in all ways feasible with the policies of the American Contract Bridge League (hereafter ACBL); and to encourage and enforce the highest standards of conduct and ethics by its members.

Now is the time to register for the Gold Rush Tournament at our Club September 30 through October 2, 2026! This is a regional tournament for all players with less than 750 Master Points who want to earn Gold Points (must play two sessions in one day to earn Gold Points). Contact the Club at 337-993-0380 for more information or register under the Tournament tab.

NO PARTNER? NO PROBLEM!!!

The club has an extra player on hand for the Monday, Wednesday and Friday games in case someone needs a partner. So if your partner cancels at the last minute, or if you are not able to find a partner, come anyway. If you want to play and do not mind taking potluck, please come in by 10:15 and you are guaranteed to play.

The Club holds 749ers Games on Saturday mornings at 11:30. Please let Tanya (337-781-5662) know if you plan to play on Saturday to gain more duplicate experience and to have fun.
