The course will run for 10 weeks, split into two 5-week modules.

📅 Starting on Monday 21 September, with a half-term break 26 October.

⏰ Mondays 7 pm with Nick Wallbridge.

The format will be Themed Play, with discussion and review built around the hands we play.

If you know AT THE BEGINNING you are unable to make all the weeks, you can Pay Pro Rata by selecting using the down arrow.

The overall theme will be Defence, but the hands will also give us plenty of opportunities to revisit the fundamentals of bidding, declarer play and card play.

The course will aim to cover:

• Opening leads (suit & NT)
• Third-hand signals
• Second-hand play
• Discards
• Simple overcalls
• Takeout doubles
• Responding to overcalls/doubles
• Competitive raises
• Defence to 1NT
