Greetings!  And welcome to the Walloon Lake Country Club Duplicate Bridge website.  It's a new year for bridge at WLCC!  Once again, we'll be playing sanctioned duplicate games where you win MASTERPOINTS!  

 As the year-over-year level of bridge play at Walloon continues to increase, this year we continue to evolve opportunities for all.  The ACBL-sanctioned  game that is open to all WLCC members is held at 3:00 pm on Mondays, and affords members the opportunity to win masterpoints.  The game will end by 6pm to enable members adequate time to enjoy the Monday Night Grille.  Concurrent with this game, a Newcomer game that is open to all WLCC members with fewer than 20 masterpoints is also available.   This game also begins at 3:00 pm;  it ends at approximately 5:00 pm.  Players who finish in the top 40% of each game are awarded ACBL masterpoints.    

 In addition, to continue with learning opportunities for our members, an “Ask Mike” lesson is available to all.   It is held on Mondays prior to the sanctioned games from 2:00-2:45 pm at no cost to participants.  Bring your questions about bidding, play or conventions  . . . a hand you played last week . . . or anything at all . . . and I'll provide my insights (which may or may not be helpful!).

 Cost of each game is $5.
