Members will note that that new Pass Cards have been bought for our bidding boxes.

 

Our plea for help putting up and taking down the tables at the beginning and end of the evening has had a good response with members arriving early and leaving later to action this.

 

Dealing machine - A further discussion took place on this subject and the original decision not to purchase this system was upheld. It was felt it could be reviewed in future years.

 

Date for your diary! -

The Jim Davies Team event will take place on THURSDAY June 9th. Sara Amos has kindly agreed to direct for us for that evening.

The Christmas party will again be held at Royal Liverpool Golf Club on December 7th following its success last year.

 

The Treasurer, stated that the Club was in a good financial position
