his will be a charity evening when all the table money from the event will be donated to a charity.
Members will be able to vote for the charity that will receive the donation before bridge. Three charities have been proposed:
Blackwell Sailing Trust
Save the Children Syria Appeal
Will Clark Fund
Details of these charities have been circulated to regular Friday players and will also be available on the night.
Since start 2013
Special events
There will be a special bridge event whenever there is a
Fifth Friday
in the month and a mini-seminar before bridge every
third Friday.
Club competitions
The trophies awarded by the club are summarised under trophy winners and the present status under competitions.
