If you are visiting or moving to West Wales - our beautiful land of coast and castles - we would love to welcome you to join us for a game of Bridge. There is a wide range of clubs meeting at least once a week in venues from just south of Bridgend up to Dinas in northern Pembrokeshire and down to Tenby in the south. Some of the sessions are more competitive, some more socially orientated, but all will guarantee you a very warm welcome!

| Teams League 2016 |
The Teams League is due to start shortly with the hall at Tumble booked for a fortnight's time ( 30th October ).
Bob Alderdice will still take entries so please contact him urgently if you have a team.
It is likely that there will be just one division this year.

| NEW CHAIRMAN FOR THE WWBA |
 Bob Alderdice, who has been Chairman of the WWBA for the last five years, and who was Treasurer for three years before that, handed over the Chair to Gareth Jones at the AGM of the WWBA on 8th May. Bob has been an enthusiastic and innovative Chairman during his time of office. The Teams League and the Celtic Congress have been two of his most notable achievements and he has been a real inspiration to the Area. In Gareth we will have an able successor and we wish him all the best in his new post.
