Looking for something to do on Saturday evenings?
Swansea Bridge Club now holds a 'Dragon' night on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month at 7p.m. All are welcome - £4 with prizes.
From October 2014 Area Competitions and National Qualifying Events will be held at Tumble Memorial Hall at 11 a.m. The Hall is approximately one mile from the Cross Hands roundabout and will be easily accessible from both the West and East of the Area. There is a car park directly opposite the Hall.
The WWBA is still looking for a volunteer to take on the post of A.T.O. In the meantime please contact the Secretary, Jennifer Wardell, with your entries. email@example.com
If you are visiting West Wales - our beautiful land of coast and castles - then hopefully the site will help you find a bridge venue anywhere from just south of Bridgend up to Newport Pembs. You will be made very welcome at any of our Area Clubs, - especially if you are over-tired and worn out by sun, sea, cliffs and hill walking.
The EWBA and WWBA Summer Congress is being held on 2nd & 3rd August at the Lysaght Institute in Newport. This is a new venue for the Congress. The building has recently been refurbished and offers excellent playing facilities, refreshments and car parking.

Congratulations to Eric Hartland & Peter Milewski, the winners of the John Isaac Trophy, and to Lucinda Brooker & Nova Husbands, the winners of the Ann Dolan Trophy for Novice Pairs.
A big thank you to our A.T.O. Gareth who has organised our events over the past two years with such good humour.
