Bidding
N E S W
. . . .

Bid this Hand.

As you can see East/West can make 4 Spades.(not Easy). North/South can make a slam in Clubs if they guess correctly. What is the likely bidding sequence?  Presumably East opens 1 Spade, what will South do? Playing 2 suited ovecalls Spade may show Hearts and a Minor West will probably bid 4 Spades putting pressure on North. North probably assumes that South holds Diamonds and Hearts so could bid 5 Hearts which is one down. How would you and your favourite partner find  the Club Slam.

Thanks to Ian Thompson for this Hand.
