1.  Matters Arising From Previous Meeting

1.1 Four dozen packs of cards have been received. The EBU have offered free packs to member clubs. Action: DH

1.2 A draft Disputes Procedure is to be circulated to committee members. Action: ID

1.3 The issue of attracting new members to Contract Bridge is to be raised at the next county committee meeting. Action TA/ID

1.4 All club night directors will receive a bottle of wine at the AGM as an appreciation of their efforts.

2.  Relocation During Arena Refurbishment

A list of possible venues has been generated by Shiona. This will be updated by David and split between Shiona, David and Clive for further investigation. We should consider approaching the Council again (either informally or by letter from the Chair) expressing our requirements and concerns.

3.  Ladies v Gents Competition at Bradmore

The original date clashes with matches for both the A and B teams. Additional dates to be checked out. Action: SD

4.  AOB

4.1 The club stationery (scorecards, etc.) needs checking to determine if anything needs to be ordered. Action: DH

4.2 All obsolete/broken kit needs to be removed from the storeroom. Action: DH
