Competitions shall be held at such times and under such conditions as the club secretary shall determine.

Any suggestions or complaints regarding the arrangements of Westbourne Bridge Club shall be submitted in writing to the club secretary.  Such suggestions or complaints regarding these arrangements will be considered and any decisions made shall be notified to the member concerned before any changes are implemented.

Westbourne Bridge Club accepts no responsibility or liability whatever for the property or belongings of any member or visitor whilst on the premises of Westbourne Bridge Club.

All members of Westbourne Bridge Club have a responsibility to remain courteous to both partners and opponents at all times.  Any infringement of this condition leaves the offender liable to sanctions including withdrawal of membership without compensation.

Any matter not provided for in these regulations and all questions arising regarding their construction or implication shall be decided by the club secretary.

All members shall be equally responsible for any liabilities incurred during their time of membership.

These regulations and constitution were adopted at the foundation of Westbourne Bridge Club on 1st of September 2005.
