Our club serves The Villages, Florida, an active adult (55+) community of approximately 110,000 residents, which is growing by over 3,300 homes annually.  The Villages encompasses an area of 32 square miles, primarily in the northeast corner of Sumter County although small parts also lie in Marion and Lake Counties.

Community Development Districts provide recreation services including the regional recreation centers in which The Villages DBC games are held.  Regional rec center card rooms hold 28 tables.  Our club competes with many other activities that also use the rooms for other games and activities.  Our club is an invitational club since the CDD limits participation to Villages residents, although guests may play on a space available basis with a guest pass.

Our club is governed by an elected board of six board members plus a club manager.  Games are conducted by a staff of 10 certified ACBL Directors.
