| Beginner Course |
 For newcomers to the game we offer a formal three term course (3 x 10 lessons) called Beginning Bridge.
The course follows the English Bridge Union’s recommended national learning programme from Bridge For All. This is a traditional structured method aiming to have you enjoying playing right from the first lesson. The course runs at a steady but comfortable pace allowing you plenty of time to digest each topic. The first lesson is a free 'taster' lesson and thereafter course fees include ‘Beginning Bridge’ (an excellent reference and course book), English Bridge Union membership and membership for one year of Upminster & Cranham Bridge Club.
Beginners courses start at the beginning of each year and take place on Friday afernoons at Cranham Social Hall. Courses may be run elsewhere and at other times subject to demand.
If paid in advance the cost is £275 for the full course. Fees may alternatively be paid termly, in this case the first term costs £125 and the 2nd and 3rd terms are £90 each.

| Improver Course |
 Our improvers course is also a formal three term course (3 x 10 lessons) called Continuing Bridge.
Once again this course follows the English Bridge Union’s recommended national learning programme from Bridge For All and covers more advanced topics for those who have grasped the basics. Just like the beginners course it runs at a steady but comfortable pace allowing you plenty of time to digest each topic and the fees include ‘Continuing Bridge’ - the accompanying reference and course book. Membership for one year of Upminster & Cranham Bridge Club is also included as with the beginners course.
Improvers courses are run subject to demand at Cranham Social Hall or elsewhere.

| Ad-hoc Tuition, Supervised Play & Online Courses |
An individual lesson on a subject of your choice, a suggested topic on a one-off basis, Bridge Base Online (BBO) training or a pre-set course of 10 lessons can be arranged for £10 per person per lesson. Supervised play sessions are also possible for £5 per person per hour. These services normally require 4 participants but please ask if you have an interest.
Subject to demand any of our full or ad-hoc services can be run online via BBO and Zoom.
