The most direct way to give funds is by check payable to Tucson Charity Bridge Club Inc.—with "capital donation" in the memo line. A bank wire is possible, although a fee would be involved at both ends. For stock donations contact Ruth Houkom or Hurd Baruch for the number of the Club’s brokerage account with Wells Fargo Advisers, so that the stock can be transferred automatically between your broker and the Club’s. You can also have .5% of your purchases on Amazon donated to us by going to: Amazon Smile

Thursday Classes by Barb Sullenger
March 21. 2 over 1. Short lecture on The Basics of the 2 over 1 system. We will focus on the first response. Then we will play hands that include those responses but have some challenging play techniques, so we will learn some ways of planning the play.
March 28. Double Trouble. Bidding lecture will discuss many ways to use a variety of doubles, and clarifying which double is appropriate. Hands to play will utilize those bids.
April 4th. 2 Suited Hands. Unusual 2NT, the Michael Cue Bid, and DONT. Whenever you can show a 2 suited hand, you give partner an opportunity to find a suit that fits. That knowledge allows a partnership to reach game, or sacrifice, or push the opponents with safety. It is so very useful! Come play!
Each class held at Streams in the Desert Lutheran Church, 9:30-11:15. Come one! Come all! Contact Kathy Parker for a reservation using this form. To register for two classes, you'll have to register for one, then send it. Then the second, and send it.
