Club Background

Tring Bowls Bridge Club (TBBC) is a Duplicate Bridge Club originally made up of Bridge playing bowlers wanting something to do in the winter months. Twenty plus years later there are only a few bowlers playing Bridge with us, but TBBC continue to play all year round in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Our Bowls Club hosts provide welcoming facilities and TBBC maintain a fine on-going relationship with the Bowls Club.

Guests are always welcome, and whilst TBBC is not affiliated to the EBU, the Wednesday sessions are not for beginners.

For those who wish to improve their play we recommend contacting Derek Connelly (01727 819853) who runs the TABIC Improvers Club which operates on a Monday and Friday here at Tring Bowls Club (see Tuition for further details).

There is ample parking at TBBC with good access for all (including those with mobility issues).

TBBC can accommodate a maximum of 14 tables.

We play from 9:30 until 12:15 on Wednesday mornings. Please arrive and be seated by 9:20 as play will commence at 9:30 promptly after any announcements.

Refreshments are provided on a "help yourself" basis from the kitchen to enhance the morning's experience.
