Tollerton Bridge Group ( Overseas Division)
The Inaugural Session of Tollerton Bridge Group (Overseas Division) took place some time last week (can't remember the date.... does it matter? Suffice to say that the number of IMPs deteriorated in inverse proportion to the bottles of Retsina consumed. For a fuller report, please see the News Page.

About Us
Tollerton Bridge Group evolved from a series of beginner bridge lessons in 2004-5. Some folks got hooked and have since been joined by afficianados from surrounding villages. We meet weekly in the Sports Pavilion on Wednesday evenings. We play duplicate bridge and welcome improving bridge players as well as more experienced players. A dedicated session on Monday evenings, Bridge For Fun, operates at a slower pace and with fewer boards to allow for mistakes to be made and chuckled about. There is an encouraging, non-judgemental atmosphere on both evenings and a warmth which matches our generous heating allowance. A partner-finding service operates on both Mondays and Wednesdays; contact Penny or Kath, who will do their best to sort something out.

Bridge For Fun
This is the place to try out belonging to a bridge club. You can drop in for a couple of sessions to give us the once-over. After that the joining fee is only £10 per annum. The pace is slower than on Wednesdays, and we generally play fewer boards. Don't worry if you haven't yet got a partner; if you have a working knowledge of the game of bridge we can usually sort something out. A warm, friendly and helpful crowd awaits you.
