| VISITORS TO TANDEM BRIDGE CLUB |
Visitors are welcome to play at the club on three occassions on payment of the table money for visitors. All visitors should know how to play duplicate bridge and agree to abide by the EBU standards of best behaviour.
A steward system is in operation on most days and the schedule is published on the website.
After three visits we ask visitors to join the club.

| SIT-OUT PROCEDURE |
When there is a half table there will be a sit-out. The sit-out will be a north/south pair during the odd months of the year, that is during January, March etc. It will be an east/west pair during the even months of the year, that is February, April etc. Where the sit-out pair is in the wrong orientation, that is North/South during an East/West sit-out month and vice versa, they will be asked to change. If they are unable or unwilling to change then volunteers will be sought. In the event there are no volunteers then a pair at the highest numbered table will be required to change. If this pair is unable to comply they will have to go home. This rule does not apply to the director. If the director is seated at the higest numbered table then a pair at the second highest numbered table will be asked to move. If they cannot comply they must go home. |
