Swindon Bridge club Has announced it's intention to promote the game for beginners in the local community.

We have invested some of our funds to support our E.B.U qualified trainer:mikebaker753@gmail.com .

Club Success, End of Season 16/17

A special mention to Rina McGarel-Groves and  Tony Olech as winners of this years  Wiltshire County Chairman's cup event out of a field of 18 pairs.

Also, Congratulations to the Williamson team: (Keith, Roy,Katherine "and some Bath reserves") on winning the prestigious Wilt's Premier league. Despite receiving a thumping from the re- invigorated Buck team on the previous round.They composed themselves to beat Ashton 17-3 on the final round.

Finally, Congratulations to Graham and Hazel Moxey on winning a session prize at the Torquay Congress.

The club plays Duplicate bridge on Monday and Thursday evenings.We are affiliated to the English Bridge Union (EBU] via the Wiltshire CBA.The venue is at Lawn community Centre at the junction of Windsor Road and Guildford Avenue. Windsor road runs between Marlborough Road and Queens Drive, there is a small roundabout and shops at the junction with Guildford Avenue. There is a reasonable amount of parking at the rear of the community centre.

The club plays from 7-15pm to 10-30pm on Monday and Thursday, the premises will be open from 7-00pm.

Duplimated Hands are normally played on Both evenings.

Visitors are always welcome.

Knockout Plate Result 2016/17

Congratulations to Sam Sloan and his team (Roy France, Martin Buck & Kevin Hughes) who have beaten the Tranter team (Martyn Tranter, Lyn Alvis, Marion Cowley & David Jacklin) in the final of the 2016-17 County Knock-Out Plate.
