Bridge classes for 2025/26

Learn to play Bridge in a fun, friendly environment.    New Bridge
players are always welcome to the game at Swindon Bridge Club.

Beginners - If you are interested in learning to play Bridge,   new classes will be weekly, on Mondays (1-3pm) from 19 January 2026 (tbc).   The focus is on playing hands (from lesson 1) and no previous card-playing experience is necessary - just a willingness to try something new!     Classes will be run by Garry Towns and more Information is available by contacting Garry by email at GarryTownsBridge@gmail.com

Improvers - If you've learned the basics, you are welcome to join Mike Baker each week on Tuesday evenings (7-9pm) from 16 September 2025, to recap what you have learned already and look to extend your bridge playing knowledge. There will be the chance to learn new bidding and play techniques, with an eye on playing in a club (or helping your score if you already attend one!)    Please contact Mike on    mikebaker753@gmail.com    for more details.

Sessions will run from 7pm with a mid-session break (tea, coffee and biscuits included), and will take place at Lawn Community Centre, Guildford Ave, SN3 1JL.    EBU accredited teaching, using EBU recommended materials.     If you are interested,  contact Garry or Mike as indicated, or phone Mike on 07855 345866.
