| Please arrive at least 10 minutes before start time |
The TDs have repeated their request to the latest committee meeting that players should make every effort to arrive at the Club at least 10 minutes before the advertised start time. This is mainly due to several late arrival instances in the last month.
As BridgePads are now in use for nearly all sessions it is time consuming and tiresome to reset everything to ensure a prompt start if players are arriving late. This is particularly so on busy nights such as Monday and Thursday when adequate time should be allowed by players for car parking.
Complaints have also been received about late evening finishes and incomplete hence unfair movements which a prompt start would somewhat alleviate.
The club's mobile telephone number 07749 410 362 is always switched on about half an hour before play is due to start if you want to notify late arrival.
Players who arrive after the movement has been set up without prior notification in most cases will not get a game!!!

| Book Table Accepting New Items |
Please remember that if you are having a Spring Clean following the seasonal festivities you can donate your no longer wanted books to the Club's Book Table.
Funds raised go towards helping to buy new equipment and Special Projects within the Club, with books eventually being recycled to local Charity Shops if they have remained on the Book Table for a few months.
