Beginner's Course (Autumn Term)
The beginner's course assumes no knowledge of bridge and teaches you enough to play bridge at home with friends. The course has 8 lessons lasting 2 hours 15 minutes and costs £100. There are also two weekend catch up sessions covering all six lessons given on two Sundays and free to all students. One can choose to take the weekend course alone rather than the eight evening sessions. Your first lesson is a free taster. All you need is your own email address. Club Bridge I (Winter Term)
Club Bridge I teaches the commoner aspects of bidding and play. The course has 12 lessons lasting 2 hours 15 minutes and costs £150. You must have played some bridge or taken our beginner's course. All you need is your own email address and either some bridge experience or completion of the beginner's course. There are various start dates available in November 2016. Practice Play Sessions on some Sundays and most Wednesday afternoons cost £10 for about 2:30hrs.
There are also Tuesday Evening Bridge Coaching sessions for those who have completed Club Bridge II or played some club bridge.
Students who have enrolled on a course can take any of the available lessons or even re-take lessons if they wish.
Students who have completed a course can retake lessons on an ad hoc basis the year after for £10 per session.
