The form below will be used to set-up the Teams for the upcoming Season on the EBU site - once set-up by SCBA Admin, Rules and Guides will be issued to Captains and Captains can then make amendments to Teams and set-up match dates and enter Results - The SCBA Webmaster and Leagues & Knockout administrator can assist wherever needed.

Please complete all choices below for each Team you wish to enter - you will need to enter seperate Teams for the Lady Rose and the League

Teams in Division 4 and Novice Leagues do not require EBU numbers - If there is no EBU number, no master points can be awarded and Captains will not be able to add the player to the Team Roster

Entry Fee for each team in the League or Lady Rose is £20 (payable by cheque or bank transfer, see below for details) - Any player who entered the Affiliated Teams of 8 or Wanborough Cup in 2015/16 is entitled to one free entry (one per player) to the Lady Rose (£5 per player in the Team)
