Nobody bid this slam. There is more than 1 way to bid this hand but my illustration shows one simple way. West will always open 1 Spade and after North has passed all depends on East,s bid. A bid of 4 Diamonds should be splinter, (2 D = 10+ points and 5 diamonds, 3D = 16+ points good Diamonds and possibly a Spade fit). Therefore 4D absolutely agrees Spades as trumps and shows singleton or void of the suit bid (Diamonds). West then realises that there are no Diamond losers and cue bids 4 Hearts, "partner I accept your slam try and I have Ace of Hearts". East now can see no Heart losers and bids 4NT, the reply of 5C must indicate 4 Aces as it cannot be zero! 5NT by East receives the response of 6C, no kings so East settles for 6 Spades. As it happens if you play Ace & King of Spades the missing Queen will drop and 13 tricks will make with West's losing Diamonds going on East's long Hearts. 4 out of the 7 pairs made 13 tricks but nobody bid the slam!
