Player's tips - Your thoughts

Did you know that there are actually Laws, #16 and #74 out of 93 Laws, that comments made during bidding or play, may stop the hand being played at another table?

It is courteous to keep your thoughts to yourself. Comments, such as "we should have been in 7 No Trumps", or "How many points did you have". are not good.

Similarly, a polite request for the Director, is likely to bring them in a good mood, something you may want!

Supervised Play every Monday 10 - 12am

Monday morning 10.00. Tutorials/supervised play for intermediates/improvers

These will cater for anyone who has not ventured to a bridge club.

It will be nice, friendly, relaxed and as an in between step from social bridge.

For those wishing to eventually play at a bridge club it will be a good stepping stone, but for those who wish to play socially you can happily stay in this environment.

We will "encourage" you to play as a pair (but we can pair you up if you are on your own) and then you can play against others as it's a nice way to meet other bridge players.
