I am the manager of both St. Marys DBC (USA)
and Fernandina DBC (USA)
I sent an email last December stating I had
overpaid for access to Fernandina DBC on Bridgewebs.,
I paid the annual fee 3X even though the
site has been only open since October 2012
I asked that the overage (one year's dues)
be applied to St. Marys DBC
I hope this can occur without any more emails
