The Club was founded as a Rubber Bridge Club in the 1950's and became a Members Club in July 1962.  Duplicate Bridge was introduced in early 1963 and played just one Saturday a month.  We moved to our current premises in 1990 and are very fortunate to have a room permanently set up for card play.

We now have Duplicate Pairs sessions on three evenings and four afternoons a week, Multiple Teams or Pivot Teams on first and third Tuesday evenings and Swiss Teams on one Sunday afternoon a month, when we welcome members from neighbouring clubs and all enjoy a delicious home made tea!  We also run teaching sessions for beginners and improvers - new members and visitors are always welcome.

 Do you need a partner?

A host system operates on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings and Tuesday  afternoons. Please arrive 15 minutes before start of play if you require a partner.
